Verified Renter Over all great place to live. The elevator going to the garage breaks down to offten. We get too many false fire alarms. Parking for guest with all the construction is a little tricky

Verified Renter Place needs renovations. Garage needs cleaning. Evlevators needs to be replaced. Balconies need to be repainted and vents needs to be cleaned

Thanks for your review Kevin! We have many upgraded apartments. We allow all residents to choose the apartment they would like. Our garage is cleaned daily, and elevators are all brand new! If your balcony is dirty unfortunately each resident must clean them. If your vents needs cleaning, simply enter a service request so maintenance can visit your apartment home. I absolutely love it here. The staff is very court... I absolutely love it here. The staff is very courteous and the amenities are great! I wouldn’t want to go to anywhere else! My needs are met and the maintenance crew is on point!
