Don't walk away from River Park Tower...RUN!!!! This is the worst place to live by far. Before moving here you should check out the homeless shelters in the area. They are cleaner, safer and better managed!!

Maybe you should stop by for a tour if your not a current resident. Good neighbors always helping each other , greetin... Good neighbors always helping each other , greetings, love and play with my dogs . Balcony view awesome , convenient from shipyard , garage awesome , one of the very few Newport News, river park tower is pet friendly community.

Disappointed This is going to be LONG. Viewed the Model Apt. in May i believe. The apt. she recommended was occupied so i could not view it but it had great views from 2 balconies. So we moved in in July. It was supposed to be "completely updated". And I was told there was a beach out near the park. When we got there, I was immediately taken aback. The carpet was new but I am sure they paid no more the 99 cents a square yard for it. The wood look vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathrooms have numerous holes and slits in them... read more
