The construction going on around the building has ... The construction going on around the building has really worsened my stay. Sun up sun down noise going on and it’s extremely loud. The fitness center still houses several workout mechanics that do NOT work. The Game is STILL CLOSED. The overnight security are always sleeping at the desk.

Every machine in the fitness center works, and has been working. If you need assistance stop by the office during office hours we are more than happy to assist you with the work out equipment. It’s a very nice place. I just hate the elevator a... It’s a very nice place. I just hate the elevator always broke at the wrong time to our cars. The space is nice also. Customer service is wonderful.

It's very nice, quite, pet friendly and. Stores ar... It's very nice, quite, pet friendly and. Stores are convenient located near by. Easy access to interstate 664 & 64. Property Management is the best. They are very easy to work with and will help you with any issues that may arrive

It’s okay here! I’ve only been here a couple month... It’s okay here! I’ve only been here a couple months but the elevators seem to break down a lot, even though they’re usually fixed by the next day & the fire alarm has gone off 3 times at night for no known reason. I also wish the treadmills in the gym would be fixed or they would at least tell us when they’d be up & running again! Lovely views of the water & everyone is nice.

We apologize, you live in a building with many other people so when an alarm goes off because they have a small home fire or when people press all the buttons in our elevators we have to call for service technicians and/or emergency services out to the building. Hopefully our treadmills are fixed soon and residents take more care when drinking in the fitness center on the equipment. I've lived in the River Park Tower community for a... I've lived in the River Park Tower community for a numbers of years. I am pleased to see the revitalization progress being made in the building and the surrounding area. This includes projects like development of "The Yard" district up the street, the "James River Strand" park project adjacent to our building, the sewer replacement project on the street next to our complex, and the retro-fitting in the parking garage to fill in cracks that have formed over the years.
