Verified Renter I like the building, and the apartment. Management care about your wellbeing, so it is good. Sure, I have some items I dislike, mainly the 'we care about the parking, but it is not our business, so we don't really care', which includes the terrible elevator, which you need your flop to use it. Maintenance are fast, but they lack of communication.

Verified Renter Loving my view and the space this apartment provides. Massive kitchen and bedrooms. Open Floorplan for living/kitchen/dining/entry makes my apartment feel like a Penthouse. Separate laundry room and balcony as well make it my perfect place. Mail delivered to lobby, along with secure Amazon delivery locker are bonuses.
Verified Renter Easy move in. Didnt really have no complications. The area isn’t bad at all either. I work at the shipyard so it’s only a 5 minute commute. Great deal

Verified Renter The staff and my neighbors are very friendly. I love being by the water. I stand on my balcony and watch different ships and boats go by. There is always something to do.

Verified Renter Overall I will give this apartment building a 9 /10. First, Neva, the property manager, made the move in process easier than it could’ve been at other complexes. She explained all aspects of the rent, unities, amenities smoothly and with knowledge of it all. She was prompt with pushing paperwork we needed to move in and was very respectful. Verified Renter Not the worst place to live but definitely not the best. We have had issues with several things and had to put in multiple maintenance requests. Not the best neighborhood either we don’t go out at night. Have seen homeless people sleeping on benches on the walking path close by. Staff is decently friendly but maintenance will bang on the door like a swat team.
