Verified Renter Alexa is SUPER sweet and helpful. She's made our move in very smooth. We are in an unrenovated unit since it was the only thing available for when we needed to move, but the views are pretty great!

Verified Renter I just moved in coming from a different apartment so I can’t say too much but, it is a very nice apartment, good security, good looking pool, and the staff appreciate the military really well.

Verified Renter I really miss the theatre movie room but overall this place is comfortable, I wish we can have overnights in the pool or extended longer times
Verified Renter It's not good when I am sitting in my own apartment and can smell marijuana smoke! It's not good when the water pressure keeps going up and down, especially when I'm in the shower and when the pressure drops the water temperature goes way up and burns you! It's not good when you walk through the lobby and can smell the garbage stench! It's not good when the parking garage is filthy and dark, clean it and change a few light bulbs!
Verified Renter I have lived here for a number of years. Staff and maintenance crew are responsive to the residences and make a pleasant community even better. The amenities are on par with the cost of rent with a well-maintained pool, theater, gym and garage parking. The surrounding downtown community is in the process of renovation and revitalization including a park across the street from the building.
