Verified Renter Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy talking with them. They hold events, like bingo and smore's, which are fun to participate in. I haven't met a resident yet, who hasn't been very friendly and polite. The maintenance people are always friendly and courteous. And anytime we've put in a maintenance request, it has always been taken care of in a very timely manner. Truly enjoy living here.

Verified Renter It was slow and I got a lot with things in y apartment but its a nice place o live. My patio face the boats that light up also the water. it's a beautiful view. The building just needs to be cleaner. The leasing agent was very nice. So I think I will be okay as long as they fix the things in my apartment
