Verified Renter The hallway smells like trash. The pool isn’t open yet. Otherwise it’s a great place to live. I enjoy the looking out my balcony and seeing the water from the bay. Will be glad when the construction is over with. The staff here is very friendly and helpful

Verified Renter I have lived here for a number of years. Staff and maintenance crew work well with the residences to make a pleasant living community. The amenities are on par with the cost of rent. Unfortunately, the parking garage elevator has been down for months and that has created a challenge to get to and from your vehicle, especially with groceries and packages.
