Have used the mfor coupl years. Poor service..Meds not ready when promised, often not only are they not ready but they dont even have enough in stock..Only reason use them is they are open at odd hours and I work swing shifts..I am in healthcare and their disregard for doing what they promise is appaling. Quin is the best Pharmacist they have..He unlike most of hte others ther will go out of his way to help.
I came here about a week ago and I usually am the last person to write a review about anything specially rite aid but I had to tell you my experience because it really stood out to me.. I came here late at night, they were about to close but luckily I made in time.. I did not once feel like I was being rushed by the employees that wanted to go home after a long day. they offered to help me find the things I was looking for and definitely did a good job.. helpful from the moment I stepped in.. thank you
I use the pharmacy in Clayton NC. I've used them for probably close to 10 yrs. They used to do a great job but the mgmt there refuses to staff to meet the increasing demand of the growing town. Phones go unanswered, phones get hung up without answering, lines are long and nothing ever changes. After 10 years I'm moving my prescriptions to another provider. I've written Rite Aid corporate to complain about the store with no response. I'm done with Rite Aid.
The pharmacy in the Elkridge store is the worst. It will take you forever. The lines are long and service is so slow. Even if you arrive early in the morning when no one is in the store to pick up a prescription you dropped off the day before, it will take time before anyone acknowledges you. If they claim they are ordering a medicine for you, call to confirm it is in. The pharmacist or tech (whatever he is) named Travis at the Greensboro, GA Rite-Aid has got to be the rudest person I have ever had to deal with! Not good customer service AT ALL!
OMG!!!!! The pharmacist, a VERY young female, has no clue how to communicate with the public nor can she read! The pharmacist is by far the RUDEST, DUMBEST, SELF IMPORTANT, little twit I have ever come in contact with. She must have a license but it is beyond me HOW she got it! I have to agree on the pharmacy being rude. I went there seveal months ago and an Indian man who was maybe the pharmacist was very rude. I went back to Kroger pharmacy. Rite aid is more convenient for me but would rather go out of my way than have poor customer service.
I am furious with this store they NEVER have a manager there only a "shift lead" who has no manager say and is completely RUDE! She has no customer service and doesn't care about the people shopping in the store that is paying her bills! I used to love the pharmacy there and now that to amazing people are gone they have hired the Walmart rejects and they know nothing about their jobs and done care AT ALL that they are dealing with people's MEDICATION!!! I wish I had it my way everyone in that pharmacy would be fired.
Pharmacy is horrible the worst I have ever seen they RUDE and not helpful at all they lie and I would never recommend this store to anyone I actually would be embarrassed to send anyone there . The head of rite aide needs to open there eyes and ears to all these complaints and do something about it
