VERY SLOW AND UNPLEASANT. NOT ENOUGH HELP IN THIS OR ANY RITE AID STORE. THE COMPANY MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR IT'S WORKERS IT APPEARS. WOULD RATHER GO ELSEWHERE

What's the schedule
Terrible pharmacy. Difficulties refilling prescriptions every single month. If it's out of stock and they have to order it, they don't call to tell you. You show up to get it, and then you're told you have to wait until the following day... even when you called 24 hours prior to pick it up. It seems as if no one looks at the refill requests until you get there. Even when my doctor sends a prescription, they never start to fill it until I call to get an ETA. Don't waste your time... find a different pharmacy.
Customer service in the Pharmacy was terrible. I was bounced from one line to another and then back to the original line. Each line was 6 to 10 people to wait for. It took me about 45 minutes to finally pick up the prescription I called in to refill 2 days earlier. Then to top it off, I get home (1 hour away) only to find out they gave me the wrong prescription. I called the pharmacy and she says well we are open until 9:00 and they would appreciate it if I brought it back and they would happily exchange it. Ugh. I am headin... read more
