I do not recommend this rite aid the staff is very rude if your meds are not ready in 24 hours they don't call you, make you go there to tell you its not ready.! that's very poor service. the worse thing is they all look very bored and its like pulling teeth if you ask for help. I would not recommend going there trust me I only went cause my girlfriend lives near by.
Love their prescription service. Voice Mail Menu for ordering, get calls when I have prescriptions ready, have drive through for pick up of prescriptions. Disagree with others, I find the employees all pleasant, friendly and helpful.
I get my RX here because it is close and convinient...I don't usually have issues with the pharmacy but its the main store where I have the issue. The staff tends to be rude and unfriendly. They look bored and not happy to be there and it certainly translates during my interactions with them when I cash out...if I ever do get a "hi how are you?" it is forced and not genuine and said out of requirement. VERY SLOW AND UNPLEASANT. NOT ENOUGH HELP IN THIS OR ANY RITE AID STORE. THE COMPANY MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR IT'S WORKERS IT APPEARS. WOULD RATHER GO ELSEWHERE
