Always friendly and helpful. When I come in 2 of the Pharmacy Associates know me by name and get my scrip out before I even get to the counter. Pharmacists are pleasant and knowledgeable. They have my business for good and I would recommend them to anyone.
Terrible customer service. They are very rude, uncaring and incompetent. They gave me someone else's medicine when I called to complain. It was no big deal to them, and acted like I was bothering them. Giving the wrong medicine is a major error.
I love my local Rite Aid pharmacy. They are always so friendly and helpful. I love that they text me when my prescription is ready. That makes picking up my medication really easy.
Absolutely terrible! 0 stars in my book. The people that work in the pharmacy are totality incompetent. They cant even get the orders right, much less on time. The pharmacy told my wife that it would take 2 days to fill a script. Time to find another pharmacy. This place is terrible for customer service. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again!! Period!
Have issue with store coupons showing as manufacturer ones. If they are store specific, they should not say manufacture. How can a new person to couponing know these are store specific if not stating on ad. Family Dollar coupons say FD on the coupon.
Drive up service is awful. I waited today for 35 min behind one car, and they still didn't have my prescription ready that was called in a week ago. The older lady working there seems nice, but is slow as a turtle. Need better, faster service
I received a text message on 21 Feb 2015 that I had a prescription ready. I also received a phone call on 21 Feb 2015 that my prescription was ready. I went to pick up the prescription on 22 Feb 2015 but it was NOT ready. I had to wait (not long) for it and then got two different manufacturer's pills because the pharmacy did not have enough of one kind on hand. In addition to the pharmacist never introducing him/herself when I transferred my prescriptions to Rite Aid, this has been a totally unsatisfactory situation.
i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI called this store to see if they had the shampoo and conditioner I use. Once at the store I discovered there was no conditioner and one bottle of an 'opened' shampoo. I asked to see the manager to give him a 'piece of my mind' when he said you called,I said yes,he went behind the counter and retrieved the products for me. He said since they were running low, he wanted to make sure I got them. I appreciated that they did this for me.. It shows concern for their customers.
NEVER ever had a problem at this store. People always helpful. Good selection of products and Rx is excellent handling meds and scripts.
