they are slow on getting your prescription done on time and when they don't have any medication. in stock they don't call you and let you know are out of shock in tell you get their they tell you they have to order them and they have my number to let me know but never call me to tell me know at the time when they are filling them .
The pharmacy at this location is an obstacle to filling prescriptions. Go to Walgreens, or any other Pharmacy in Wellsville, the price is the same, the customer service is by far better.
The pharmacy at this Rite Aid is the worst ever. We always call into the automated renewal for our prescriptions. And every month we have to wait. So lately we call 24 hours ahead of time to before we pick up we get there the next day. And we still have to wait. There will be four people behind the counter and we are ignored. Some of the older patrons are a little more vocal then we are. And I understand their frustration. My doctor will be moving my prescriptions to a new pharmacy as of today.
I want to commend an associate at the rite aid in waterville, her name was Lola. She greeted me at the door very upbeat and then talked to me again before I checked out. When she checked me out she was so helpful and sincere in her comments. I have never been greeted and treated like this in the front of the store before, it was refreshing. Thank you I will be back.
Consider other pharmacies. This one does not care about clients, it's about the bottom dollar for them and THAT is it. Other pharmacies care much, much more about your well-being. Be very leery of their practices, corporate customer service is worst ever encountered. Go to a pharmacy that cares about you and your health and serves you well.
I see that these reviews seem to be from everywhere, I use the Dartmouth Street, Dartmouth, Massachusetts store. My Pharmacists name was Rachel and she was FABULOUS! Took time to explain a complicated medication and was professional and lovely! A+++++
I find this Rite Aid store to be so customer unfriendly. I do realize that they are busy, but I frequently call in the early morning to renew a prescription, and no one answers the phone. It make take four or five phone calls 10-15 minutes apart before my call is answered. I have also been to the drive-thru, pushed the call button, waited and receive no response and driven on. Cranberry Rite Aid is the best. The people are very kind and helpful and my prescriptions are always ready when promised. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone!
