I have to agree on the pharmacy being rude. I went there seveal months ago and an Indian man who was maybe the pharmacist was very rude. I went back to Kroger pharmacy. Rite aid is more convenient for me but would rather go out of my way than have poor customer service.
I am furious with this store they NEVER have a manager there only a "shift lead" who has no manager say and is completely RUDE! She has no customer service and doesn't care about the people shopping in the store that is paying her bills! I used to love the pharmacy there and now that to amazing people are gone they have hired the Walmart rejects and they know nothing about their jobs and done care AT ALL that they are dealing with people's MEDICATION!!! I wish I had it my way everyone in that pharmacy would be fired.
Pharmacy is horrible the worst I have ever seen they RUDE and not helpful at all they lie and I would never recommend this store to anyone I actually would be embarrassed to send anyone there . The head of rite aide needs to open there eyes and ears to all these complaints and do something about it
This location really needs to put their employees in check as well as train them. I waited in the perfume and cosmetic dept. for a while! I also rang the "bell" 3 times as 2 cashiers ignored me. I then asked another employee if anyone worked the dept. he just said NO. Not let me call someone, not, I can help you....Nothing! just NO. Is this store seriously ran this poorly. 10134 River Road, Potomac, MD 20854 store # 03828. I wanted to give a complement about the pharmacy and the whole store. The name of the pharmacist who helped me is Bindhu. She is always very helpful, very kind and has a wonderful personality. Not just now but every time she helps me. She is excellent at her job. The people who work there are friendly and they will "chat" with the customers like they are neighbors. The pharmacist is very informed and she shares her understanding and professional knowledge with the customers regarding their prescriptions. She is easy to talk to and makes everyone feel welcome. The same goes for the employee who works at the front of the drugstore. She will remind me to use my Rite Aide card when I purchase items, which helps me to save money. Absolutely horrible!!! Very understaff! Untrained cashiers that take so long, there is always a long line due to the volume of people and confusion within the cashiers. People hanging over the glass I felt very violated as if they could see everything!!!! I will be taking my business somewhere else!

Sept.21,2014. I think all of the. Employees are great.. Except for the new blonde long haired lady who keeps asking me if she can help me. Then asking me if I had my flu shot yet. I'm just trying to shop. If I need help I will ask. I'm sure she means well. But she asked me two times in 10 mins. This isn't the first time this has happend with her. I shop there once or twice a week. She is a little over barring. Maybe have her tone it down a bit.
