I was extremely displeased with the customer service by the pharmacy team. I felt like I was bothering the staff in the pharmacy when I came in for business. I tried to return an item only to be met with sarcasm and ridicule. I would not recommend this pharmacy! The other people in the store are helpful and nice. However, I will never shop there again due to the unprofessional ism of the pharmacy team.
Friendly pharmacist. Loads of stocks and they offer alternatives whenever they ran out of stocks.
This is really a great place. I can¿t really say anything bad about this place because it is so nice and the services are so great and very fast.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and have always had polite, wonderful service. This past week I went to pick up a prescription and had to deal with the rudest pharmacy technician. I have never seen her before and I will NEVER see her again! I will not be returning for any prescriptions in the future and I will not be using them for my family members either. Yes, it was THAT bad.
You would think these people would be current on Microsoft prescription plan billing, but here it is September, and they are clueless, and talk about "store policy". I gave them 2 phone numbers of other Rite Aids who are knowledgeable about it, but they refused to call. I will never return here again, and they were very rude and very slow about filling the prescription.

Pharmacists are terrific, especially Baskar!!! Very personable and always so helpful and asks about my family!
