Excellent service every time. We've been going here for several years and have always had great service. Very professional staff and they always remember my name. We couldn't be happier and would give these people our highest recommendation.
I love this place. You can get your stuff really quick. Great place to get over the counter stuff without having tod deal with the crowds. Dealing with crowds and fighting over parking is the last thing you want to do when you are sick
Very rude pharmacists. Have had two different occasions where the same pharmacist said there was a problem with scripts only to go back next day and get it filled by a different pharmacist. If a gray headed woman is working filling scripts...you better go somewhere else
the staff are awesome. the girls in the pharmacy always remember my name. they come out and help me find different medicines that wont affect my prescriptions.
This pharmacy is HORRIBLE The guy who worked there dropped the 'F' bomb 4 or 5 times and yelled in the aisle way while customers were hearing this! We will never be back EVER!! So much for professional staff.
Worst Pharmacy Customer Service ever - They will argue with you. Forget to page you when your script is ready, then have you cut in front of other customers without telling them which only serves to irritate the people who are standing there. Additionally, I called yesterday about a script and was told it was there and filled. Only to find out, upon arrival, they had no script and no idea what I was speaking of. With that said, it makes me wonder if they can manage to fill a script correctly.
My wife has a script filled there that is a four week supply. Every time we go they tell us that we are getting it refilled early and we have to explain it's a four week supply. Seven times four equals 28. This time when we went to pick her script up we were told that it wouldn't be in for 2 days( 30 days since her last refill). We asked them to call it into another store and we were told since it was a controlled substance, they couldn't and "didn't know what to tell us". The front of house at Rite Aid in Louisville is always helpful and friendly but the pharamcy staff is equally always rude and seemingly annoyed to have you interrupt their day. This has been going on for years. I have left and gone back several times, hoping they had changed but obviously not gonna happen.
I love rite aid! Not enough room to say all the good stuff about all the employees and the pharmacy those"people"who feel like their being interrogated must be guilty. Washington's drug laws are the toughest in the United States. Don't shoot the messenger! Keep up the friendly and courteous job.
