This pharmacy is HORRIBLE The guy who worked there dropped the 'F' bomb 4 or 5 times and yelled in the aisle way while customers were hearing this! We will never be back EVER!! So much for professional staff.
Worst Pharmacy Customer Service ever - They will argue with you. Forget to page you when your script is ready, then have you cut in front of other customers without telling them which only serves to irritate the people who are standing there. Additionally, I called yesterday about a script and was told it was there and filled. Only to find out, upon arrival, they had no script and no idea what I was speaking of. With that said, it makes me wonder if they can manage to fill a script correctly.
My wife has a script filled there that is a four week supply. Every time we go they tell us that we are getting it refilled early and we have to explain it's a four week supply. Seven times four equals 28. This time when we went to pick her script up we were told that it wouldn't be in for 2 days( 30 days since her last refill). We asked them to call it into another store and we were told since it was a controlled substance, they couldn't and "didn't know what to tell us". The front of house at Rite Aid in Louisville is always helpful and friendly but the pharamcy staff is equally always rude and seemingly annoyed to have you interrupt their day. This has been going on for years. I have left and gone back several times, hoping they had changed but obviously not gonna happen.
I love rite aid! Not enough room to say all the good stuff about all the employees and the pharmacy those"people"who feel like their being interrogated must be guilty. Washington's drug laws are the toughest in the United States. Don't shoot the messenger! Keep up the friendly and courteous job.
I love going to your store,everyone is so nice and friendly. Specially the manager GOLDIE. Never had a problem, everyone is so helpful.

I like the store and the girls are always friendly at the cash register. I would NOT pay to much attention to the bad reviews because I have been going to this store for 10 years and never had a problem. Maybe the people leaving the bad comments should stop and look in the mirror.
I called to store today looking for labels and the worker went to check to make sure they had it so I didn't have to waste a trip. Thanks
