Pharmacy Staff are very professional and friendly! We have used them for 10 years and love them.
The pharmacy staff is amazing and will bend over backwards to help its customers. Truly wonderful service 10 stars
Some of the staff are rude as others have mentioned, but I find most of them to be pleasant. My biggest complaints with this pharmacy (1) the Pharmacist spends way too much time chit-chatting with customers he knows or with the other staff and that just slows things down (2) the place can be empty with no one on line and they never just fill your meds. its always at least a 30-minute wait, that's the main reason I decided to go to CVS).
This pharmacy tries its hardest to service the area and the staff are very helpful. The problem is that it is too small for the amount of people they service and with only one register to boot.Rite Aid needs to give them more space by expanding the pharmacy part and making the store portion smaller. They need at least 2 registers and to hire an extra person. Then everyone will have a pleasant experience.
The staff there is AMAZING!!!! They go out of their way to your scripts quickly and if the doctor hasn't called the script in, they handle it for me. My son was in a coma for two months.....I don't know how I would have coped without their help.....It shocks me to my very core that the first review said the staff was horrible.....all I can figure is that person must be a horrible person. I have only seen them be professional and helpful, and unfortunately, I am there alot.
this pharmacy doesn't care about there customers and are rude save your money for a different pharmacy.
I do not recommend this rite aid the staff is very rude if your meds are not ready in 24 hours they don't call you, make you go there to tell you its not ready.! that's very poor service. the worse thing is they all look very bored and its like pulling teeth if you ask for help. I would not recommend going there trust me I only went cause my girlfriend lives near by.
Love their prescription service. Voice Mail Menu for ordering, get calls when I have prescriptions ready, have drive through for pick up of prescriptions. Disagree with others, I find the employees all pleasant, friendly and helpful.
I get my RX here because it is close and convinient...I don't usually have issues with the pharmacy but its the main store where I have the issue. The staff tends to be rude and unfriendly. They look bored and not happy to be there and it certainly translates during my interactions with them when I cash out...if I ever do get a "hi how are you?" it is forced and not genuine and said out of requirement.
