For my third time - I go to pick up about 4-5 prescriptions I called in a week ago. Important medications! They said all were ready and yet I make the trip and they send me away with 3 out of 5. I came back and they said they never even put the other two prescriptions in and I have to wait four days to get contact with my doctor and have it ordered. So glad I need this medicine to breath! Minor sure why they even ask for a contact number since they don't use it to let you know there's an issue.
I had prescriptions called in a month ago. Picked them up and kept asking the lady for the rest of them she would go get them one by one. She tried to charge me for something she already had rung up in the computer. If I hadn't know the prices I would have overpaid. I was so frustrated when I left I didn't realize I didn't have the most important prescription I needed. Now a month later I am getting automated calls telling me to pick up my prescription. I am truly upset that the Ephrata store does not have disinfectant wipes located at the front of the store at the height of flue season. I have been there three times in the last two weeks no dispenser displayed. Shame on you. Victoria Weglowski
I can only say good things about Rite Aid even if anyone else has had a bad experience with a sales clerk. Today Meredith and the Manager Mike when out of their way to protect my mother - a little old 88 year old- from being swindled by someone who tried to convince her to wire them money posing as an injured grandchild who's voice "sounded funny" due to an accident. They do NOT seem to care about customer service. I'll be there when I get there, no hurry is their attitude. Was a customer for many years. Moving to one that cares and hires competent help.
I love rite aid, it always has everything that I need. But, what I usually go there for is to see the new associate Mark. Mark's such a babe. I just needa get his # because he needs to hit me up ASAP. Always friendly and helpful. When I come in 2 of the Pharmacy Associates know me by name and get my scrip out before I even get to the counter. Pharmacists are pleasant and knowledgeable. They have my business for good and I would recommend them to anyone.
Terrible customer service. They are very rude, uncaring and incompetent. They gave me someone else's medicine when I called to complain. It was no big deal to them, and acted like I was bothering them. Giving the wrong medicine is a major error.
I love my local Rite Aid pharmacy. They are always so friendly and helpful. I love that they text me when my prescription is ready. That makes picking up my medication really easy.
