Went in to look at a new Ram listed on their website. Did not have any intentions of buying that day, I was selling my old truck to a friend and would have to wait for the equity to be returned to me to use towards the new truck. They made it easy to work the deal at a price I wanted, beat my pre-approved rate of 2.7% by .25 of a percent. On top of that they were able to basically do an in and out deal on the old truck with my friend at a better rate than he was able to get through his CU. Terrible communication and empty promises throughout the entire buying process. Our salesman, James Stewart, seemed disinterested in helping us after the sale was complete as did his manager Max Millender. In addition Alex in the finance department promised me a call back in 24 to 48 hours and I had to call him 72 hours later. I had a guaranteed price via USAA to pick up a new car on the 28th of December. It took over an hour to get them to come close to honoring the price after trying to twist numbers and lie about how the numbers came out. Very shady, wouldn't trust these guys, especially Mr. Brown who couldn't remember the quote he gave me prior to arriving and tried to waste our time renegotiating. Horrible service after the sale. Calls & texts unanswered, promises not kept. Horrible communication between departments. Called and left messages only to be ignored.
Traded my 2015 Tacoma in for a Jeep Wrangler. Great service and a great selection. Found the right one at the right price. Love the Jeep!
