They spent more time begging for "10"s on their post-sale survey than they did taking care of me. I really appreciated them giving me my vehicle overnight with the gas level below the empty line. Richardson Dodge's concept of customer service is exactly what gives car dealers bad reps. That said, I love my new Grand Caravan. If you are in the market for one, I highly recommend it - just don't buy it here.
