Recently purchased a care there. Super cute car. However there's a part broken/missing on steering cover. The process and communication is very difficult. I've been back to the dealership a few times and this is still unresolved. Everyone is nice but the process and customer service needs improvement. #update - my car was repaired yesterday. Received my tags in the mail today! Great follow up. Thanks so much!!!!!!!

Recently went to this dealer as a return Jeep customer. First they tried to sell me a card they did not have, then they tried to sell me another car that was used (told it was new) and they did not own. Then they ran my credit twice (I am currently in the process of purchasing a home) when I with the witness of their employees and my wife repeated at the very lease 7 times not to run my credit. I cannot imagine that the ones who gave this dealership 5 stars are anything more than employees and their friends & family.
After several of the salesman finished telling me how nice my jeans fit, it took the salesperson over 30 mins to bring a vehicle for test drive... On top of that, the first one the salesman brought to me to see had the exact features we discussed as deal breakers. To top THAT off, his information was not accurate. Needless to say- I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone who really means business in their car purchasing.
It took me a year to find the perfect Jeep, and here I found it and here I bought it! I love it! And as for the service GREAT! And my sales associate Shack, he was awesome. He made me feel welcomed and showed me everything I needed to know. I'm happy I found my jeep here and highly recommend others come here too!!!
I drove all the way from Harrisonburg, LA to Richardson to purchase my 2013 Dodge Challenger RT. We couldn't have been more pleased with the timely and friendly service!!! Thanks again!
I called them about a car and ask them if its available because im from out of town. They said yes, they pulled my credit and qualified me and then call me back and said the car is sold????????? Now I have few inquires on my credit with no reason, and yes they shot gun my credit with enquires ,this is Totally BS
