Spent $580 on repairs only to have the check engine light come back on on the way home. All the service manager David could tell me was “it happens, it must have broke on the way home.” Not sure if they’re incompetent or trying to scam us. Either way save yourself the trouble and take your car somewhere else. Also, if you’re a woman please do not bring your car here. Most sexist and discriminatory people I’ve ever met. Trying to get an oil change & FIVE tire rotation, and check on why rear tire keeps losing air pressure. Jeep comes out and service advisor says it's done. Go check, but the tire missing valve stem cover is still in same spot and spare tire still on back. How have the tires been rotated?! Probably did nothing more than check the tire's current pressure, too. 😡

I waited a few days after I e-mailed Mr. Swenson (Supposed Managing Partner). Figured I would give him a chance to respond and correct the problem before I posted my opinion of this place. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Service department scheduled a recall appointment for me only when I showed up they had no record of it and worse - hadn’t ordered the recall part needed to fix the car!! Why schedule me an appointment then? Christina (service advisor) and Jose (service dept manager) were not helpful at all! Jose even tried to tell me the number I called wasn’t their number!! RIDICULOUS!!

Always loved the place. Got my car here great experience with the sales person. But going back this time for my trade in I let them know about the situation and they said they could help but it wasn’t true the sales representative took care of my friend that I brought in. But left me in the dark. I wish that some of the staff that was there before would had been there. They would of help me. They always took care of me with free car wash and gas for been a loyal costumer and bringing people in. But that’s over with.

WARNING to all Customers VIN: 1C6RR6GG0GS355081 / Stock: PGS355081 has been wrecked. The Sales Manager named Chris will tell you that it "has a clean Carfax" and he has no knowledge of it being in an accident. Even after I showed him that the hood hinge mount is welded into place on the passenger side, he still attempted to deny the Carfax is wrong. DO NOT TRUST the used car sales department.
