Jamaal Alexander was my salesperson, what a great experience, even after I had my Jeep. I have pneumonia and was unable to go and pick up my permanent plates for my new Jeep. Jamal took time out of his busy schedule and brought them to my house and put them on my Jeep for me that is five star service
Worst experience ever!!!, I just got screwed for sixteen thousand bucks from the service department, I will never be spending a dime at this place. Horrible costumer service, they didn't fix the problem and on top of that I have to keep parts that were not installed. Thank you for wasting my time Mopar and Richardson Jeep dealership!!
Great sales experience but it quickly went south from there when I got turned over to the finance department. Very shady business practice that is likely the norm for them.......miraculously added on a service that I still dont fully understand what it even is, while my payment didnt change. In other words, I was approved for a lower rate, of which they did not offer to me and reduced their overwrite to fit in a additional sale of a service I had previously turned down. Great environment with people who are helpful and willing to do whatever ot takes to male deal work. So lucky to be at a place where they care for you to succeed.
Thanks to Steve Bentley and gang for installing a lift, tires and bumpers on my ram 2016 1500 4x4. The accessories were critical during hurricane Harvey, I wouldn't have been able to launch our boat without the extra height. Thanks for the great customer service and attention to detail!
