It makes no sense for rentals to not be provided to a customer! You've have my vehicle 4 full days and 5 nights before finally & definitely being able to communicate the actual problem and how to fix. Now that I've agreed to have Dodge Richardson fix the vehicle, you're out of loaners & I remain with out a vehicle. I need transportation--been without a vehicle all week. This is very poor customer service on Dodge.

Made sure I was able to drive away in a brand new 2019 charger. Very helpful and reasonable.
