I have been in touch with 2 different sales people while trying to buy a new vehicle. The first sales person quoted me a price that was a thousand dollars over what was listed on cars.com. When I called him on it he tried to say it must have gone down overnight and he was working on a sales sheet from the day before but he honor the advertised price. Acquire a new NEW CAR SALES MANAGER. Preferably one who respects the consumer and their intelligence.
Stop selling extended warranties that cost several thousand and then when it's needed the problem isn't covered and you charge for the diagnostic. 😡😡😡
I spoke to Danny through email and a phone call. Told him what I was looking to do and spend. I was tired of runarounds from other dealers. He shot me numbers over the phone and we got where we needed to be. We went to the dealership that evening and drove home in our new truck. Brian and Murphy helped us at the dealership and all the numbers were exactly what Danny had told me. All of them were great to work with. Go see Murphy if you need a vehicle, super nice guy and very knowledgeable!
