They would not sell me the Ram 2500 I wanted to buy, but they would sell me the one that cost twice as much. Bait and switch along with broken promises from sales. I don’t leave reviews but this one is needed to warn people away from here. Watch out for $1500 dealer fees and 11% interest rates even if your credit is good. READ EVERYTHING THEY PRESENT TO YOU.
I spoke with Ron in the Service Dept. about my 2018 Jeep GC (27k miles) radio having some bubbling issues, he said to bring it in at 8 am and they would have the vehicle all day to replace the radio unit. I brought it in at 7:45 waited for Ron to take a look he then tells me that he cannot see what I am talking about. I point out the bubbling under the top of my screen, he says it is "normal" for bubbling to occur under the screen and they would not swap it out. everything seems to be going smooth with Promise of the 2nd set of keys being issued to us. We did find a big dent on the back bumper and they are helping us with that as well. Used car management Danny help me out. There was a lot of confusion over getting the key appointment set up. We did have to call A LOT to get to someone to understand the steps we needed to take to make use car right for us. BUT Key is being made now as I wait. Great selections of Jeeps
Jay Zoubi and the rest of the team were exceptionally easy to deal with. Transparent and honest - I actually had a good time at a car dealership. Jay and I narrowed down the car I wanted over phone/text so that when I got to the dealership I did a test drive and was able to get in and out quickly. Great team, great atmosphere, no hassle. Will come back next time.
