Love this dealership! Just bought a Jeep Cherokee and I’m so happy with every aspect of the process. Jon Davis and Johnny were SO helpful and professional. With it being my first time buying a car I was scared, but they took the time to walk me through everything and made me feel confident about my decision. I will definitely be back for my next car!
Very clean dealership and service department. All employees I met were extremely courteous and friendly. Great selection of vehicles and especially hard to find Jeep models.
I've been up here for an hour just to get an oil change that has already been paid for and they haven't even moved my truck. this service department is absolutely atrocious
They think in order to do business you need to let them see the trade. LOL. Like Bob the old used car guy is a genius and because he eyeballs it you will get more money. Nothing but an old school car tactic to get you in. However they will send you a video of the new Jeep for you to look at. LOL. Do not be fooled by this tactic. You do not need to bring in your trade and sit in a cubical for hours. Do your homework. Your trade is worth what its worth. The dealership either will put it on the lot of send it to bid.
