Let me begin my saying that I do really enjoy the truck I purchased. However, I generally don't like the car buying experience because car dealerships have a reputation for less-than-ethical tactics so I constantly feel I have to be on my toes – hard to do for 5 or 6 hours. RecommendedEvery time I go there to the shop or sale department is just great to me. I do not Think there’s a better dealership in Texas
RecommendedI have had a horrible experience with two other Jeep dealerships in the last week trying to fix a minor issue (blinker). This group was on top of it and fixed everything quickly and did not try to make up additional problems., I was done with Jeep but they have started to win me back
Their service dept is horrible- they are always “backed up” and hold ur car for days without diagnosis so u can’t get a rental on warranty. But I go up there and they are standing around not doing anything and didn’t seem to be concerned a customer was there!

Horrible service dept. My vehicle was there for 30 days with little to no communication and having to continuously reach out for answers. General Manager seems to be trying to turn it around though.
Hire people with scruples
Worst service department I’ve come across. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer.
