Paid for tire rotation and the tech didn't rotate them. Glad I marked them.
Do not by any means take your car for service here. This dealership is why you don't have your car serviced at a dealership. So very upset!
Still hoping that someone can help me out. I am trying to do right by this company. Im not sure if they can. My situation has changed and really trying to get a lower payment. It went from bad to worse. Was given the run around and told that i am high risk when my situation has changed and made every effort to stay current one my loan and still am. I have a 2016 ram tradesman that has just over 11,000 miles on it. Need to get out of the vehicle. Needed lower payments. Its not that much to ask.
If it were up to me no stars would be my rating. We bought a SECOND vehicle from here. First time no problems at all, fantastic at that. Second go around not so great. Hubby bought a used diesel this time and not even 2 weeks go by and there is something wrong. Ok I understand things happen but they aren't trying ANYTHING to correct it other then charging us a diagnosing fee because our "warranty" doesn't cover it.
