Went in to get a car, gave a down payment, told the deal was happening. Came in a second day to pick up my car, and was told at the last minute my credit wasnt good enough. I then waited a week to get my money back. After they failed to do that, i went back to get my card swiped(as they said to put money back on my card). I find out 3 hours after i leave that they took the same amount off my card instead of putting it back on.
Justin Gilstrap and the new car managers did a great job helping me track down a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I was looking for very specific one that was triple black with all the options. Service is a problem for this dealership unfortunately. I had a bad experience and the former GM, Marshall Hampton went out of his way to make it right. Went back this week and again had a bad experience (3rd and last for me). I say to you Shannon Ashford (new GM) that you need to address this since we as customers trust reviews. So I go the dealership to get my second service on my new truck. The service rider tells me that I need 2 new tires on the front do to ware. So my oil changed to two new tires and alignment. Now I've been here for 4 hours and they still haven't finished. Wtf really Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
