Most patients I see do NOT require surgery and can be cured with simple measures. I employ a team of nurses and cetified hand therapists all of whom share the goal of obtaining the best outcome we can, and returning our patients to work and play effectively and quickly

I have been a patient of Dr Bernstein for several years, His manner is very thorough and stress free due to his knowledge of his field and concern for his patients. He performed successful surgery on my right hand greatly improving the function and quality of my life. I highly recommend Dr Bernstein.
I've been going to Dr. Bernstein for a number of years, I've had a few surgeries for trigger fingers these were done after a couple of cortisone shots which helped for a while. I find him and his staff to be very professional, friendly and caring. I just had to see him again for another trigger finger and with the help of the cortisone I'm happy to say I won't be needing surgery at this time. I will be his patient as long as he is in practice and I need him.
Dr. Bernstein performed trigger finger release surgery on my right thumb. It's perfect - no pain - no scar and I am back to normal life! He is professional as well as his staff and has several office locations. I would highly recommend Dr. Bernstein if you are requiring hand surgery.
Needed to address numbness and pain in left hand. Office visit appointment was easy to get, as well as location convenient to my home. Dr. Bernstein, was very patient, letting me explain my condition with my hand. He addressed my issue with great concern, and explained everything in a way a non medical person would understand. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable providing full explanation of my condition, X- ray findings and treatment plan. He is supported by wonderful office staff. Highly recommend him!!!
I have been fortunate to have had Dr. Bernstein follow my care for over 25 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, he knows how to give very clear information to his patients. I feel very confident in his care and with the staff in this practice.
