Service dept is so poorly run since they got rid of the service manager. Used to be a joy to work with. Not sure who goes there after the free service ends

My experience with the collision center was flawless from beginning to end. The moment I walked in with help from Sheri and Bryant made the estimate process easy and efficient. My updates were provided by Joy via email and phone which helped while I was going through the repairs of the car. I took my car in for service on 8/28/17! It was a busy service day. I did not have an appointment but I was handled with courtesy and efficiency! They told me how long it would take and I was set to go within that time.

Getting back to back phone calls from Rice Toyota to bring my car in for service. I explained a week ago I don't live in the area anymore . I get a phone call tonight at 9pm waking me up only to get hung up on after 10 secs of trying to figure out who has called me. I call back and it's Rice Toyota once again. I had to reiterate that I no longer live in the area. I can not for the life of me understand why a car dealership service would call someone at 9pm to solicit an oil change, when the service center is closed.
