Try to charge me 330+ for something Cox Toyota was charging me 215. Always get a second opinion. They have a habit of overcharging customer. I’ve been a customer for close to 10 years and they just lost a customer over this.

Had my car serviced yesterday and they put the wrong odometer reading on the receipt (and service reminder sticker). Pulling teeth to get this fixed, AND as it turns out the agent gave me the wrong information re: my car's maintenance record being in a centralized system. I offered twice to call my regular dealership to make sure we were on track re: synthetic oil replacement and the agent assured me he would find the information.
