We visited yesterday (8/5) and had a pleasant experience with Chiquita Ziglar! she was very professional straight forward and made sure we got what was meant for us. We were highly interested in a 4 runner but in the end we got a highlander, needless to say I am beyond grateful for that decision and absolutely love this SUV. Chiquita wa patient and helpful, we will be back to buy my husbands Truck in the near future!

My husband took my car and we had a tight deadline today. My apt was for 9:15am. It’s now 11:00 am and no one knows where my vehicle is? How does this even happen? Two hours later after a ‘scheduled’ oil change my van was supposedly parked by one of their employees in the wrong location and the oil change was never completed. Two hours of waiting and now he has to leave with no service done. Totally unacceptable. We will be finding an alternate location for service.

Slowly losing my business. 20$ to change a headlight bulb on my Tacoma. It literally takes 3 minutes. If i knew it was out i would have done it myself before the inspection. This is the 2nd time Rice Toyota has taken advantage of a long time customer.

Shout out to Rice Toyota for having an awesome kid friendly waiting area!! You made getting an oil change with two kiddos under two super bearable!! Thank you Zac for getting us in and out so quickly!!

I drove from Winston-Salem pass Modern Toyota which is 5 minutes from my house on Thursday to Rice just to find out I would have at least a 3 hour wait😡. I had an appointment. As much as the sales people call you to try to get you to trade-in your car, at least they could call customers with service appointments to let them know they are behind because several mechanics are out. I always wait until the very last minute to get my car serviced because I know that I'm going to be there for 3 hours WITH an appointment. I went last Friday and my oil change took 2.5 hours. Then they had the nerve to ask if I would like to have my filters changed? No thanks, I would not like to spend another 2.5 hours of my time waiting for my car. I will say that the staff are friendly and apologetic, but that just doesn't cut it.
