I was there yesterday and waited 25 just to drop my car off overnight!!! My husband was there about a month ago 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation !!!! Not to mention oil changes and tire rotations now cost $80 which is ridiculous I will not be going back! We have always done business with Rice’s but something has changed here!!!!!!

The service department needs a major reorganization. I dropped my car off for the 10000 mile service. First I had to wait 20 minuets just to drop it off. They have started using Uber for customers which is terrible in the Greensboro area in the morning greatly miss their shuttle drivers. Picked up car and the maintenance light was still on and the tire pressure light was still on. Drove back thru service department and had to wait another 15 minuets. Technician must of had oil on his arms. There were oil marks on the driver door armrest. Patrick cleaned my door off. I really appreciated his help!

I just got my Sienna back from having work done at Rice Toyota Collision center and having warranty work done at the service center. From start to end everything was handled perfectly. When my car was done in one area they sent me an email to let me know it was heading to the next area. They kept me informed by email every step of the way. I Picked it up Thursday and the body work looked perfect. I will continue to drive 1 -1/2 hours to get my van serviced at Rice Toyota loved it!!!
