I recently Brought a CAR from RICE Toyota. I am totally frustrated with their service. The sales Man Dustin cheated me and sold cracked wind shield car. When I notice and approached him and his management they refused to repair/replace the wind shield. I would recommend please don't buy any car from RICE Toyota at Greensboro.

I am a loyal customer of Rice Toyota all my life but I am actively looking around for a new dealership. I had a relationship with this dealership in the past. I knew my service technician and he knew my car. I trusted him and even brought my Jeep to be serviced here.
