I had a wreck in Dec 6th and chose your collision center for repair. I also got a rental from you. Big mistake!! My repairs have taken more than a month due to back order with some of the parts. My insurance only paid for 30 days and had to pay the rest out of pocked. I tried to ask for a loaner car since the delay was on your part but the rental department was so rude to me. The part we are all waiting for is a frame rail which as you know is a major part of the repair. Your vehicle arrived 12.8.17, your insurance allows rental coverage for $50/day up to $1500 total. You may want to take a second look at the information you have based on your comments above that state your "rental is only covered for 30 days" because that is not what we have on file from Allstate for you.... read more
Have purchased three vehicles from Rice over the years and have never been disappointed with the process. The salespeople (Norman - though sad he is no longer there) down to the Finance manager (Farrah) have all been wonderful. Service can be hit or miss, they are always busy, appointment times make me wonder if they even matter, but our advisor, Kristen, is nice and always treats us well and proactively follows up. Service Department was horrible. They should have kept the location across the street. Took 25 minuets to check in at 8:40. Only 2 cars in front of me checking in. Then they call trying to say my battery was bad. Took it somewhere tonight and had it checked nothing wrong with battery. Horrible experience. Just want extra money.
