I appreciate how the sales staff did not rush me or try underhanded sales gimmicks. Carl was great and I was able to see him off and on for a couple of weeks to look at cars and talk money. I didn't feel pushed or uncomfortable at any time. Rice Toyota made my car buying experience relaxed and pleasant.

The service provided was great. However, I was very frustrated with being called and told my truck was ready for pick up when it was not. My service advisor called me at 1640 and told me he was finishing up my paperwork and to head to Rice for pick up. I arrived at 1700. The cashier didn’t have my paperwork and couldn’t find the service advisor for 25 minutes!!! He finally appears and explains the technician was finishing up my service! My vehicle has a problem that they haven't seen before, since I already knew that I did the leg work (draw from experience of other dealerships) the mechanic decided to charge me for something that didn't take nearly as long as he stated. Since I done my homework, researched the problem, don't believe he should charge as much as he did. Good customer service keeps customers coming back, rip offs, runs them away.
Please update your website and your facebook regarding your operating hours. Being listed as having an 8pm close, when your dealership actually closes at 7pm leads to an extremely poor customer experience. One in which your customers feel rushed, and your sales people clearly have no desire to help you.
