I always take my RAV4 to Rice Toyota. I bought it from Rice Toyota in 2006. I always get good treatment in the service center. I love rice Toyota!

I have been a Rice's customer since 1994 when I purchased my first new car. It was not the car I really, really wanted. It was the car I could afford. Rice's helped me see that. Since then I have purchased several other vehicles. I have loved all my vehicles! More importantly, I have loved the Rice commitment. They have always stood by their vehicles and their service. I wouldn't dream of shopping for a vehicle any other place.

Worst service repair center ever. Known problem with RAV 4 ECM and they wouldn't acknowledge it. I would never buy or recommend a Toyota to anyone I cared about.
A few months ago I test drove a nice Avalon with a salesperson named Fred. Nice car. It was in my list of possibilities. Back inside, another fellow sat down next to Fred and said, "Why are you here today?" (Well, I didn't think I was here to get my teeth cleaned.) Excuse me? Well, if he doesn't know then I certainly don't think I want to deal with these people. What a question! As a woman I already know that I will pay more and get less in ANY dealership; sadly, Rice reinforced this truth, once again.

I'm so excited! Today I was able to purchased a 2017 Corolla in my name, usually it's in my mother name because my credit not good but not today. Than this past Monday my mom also purchased a 2017 Corolla. This is our 7th car with Rice, we don't go no where else. I had the honor of meeting Mary Rice and she is the sweetest lady I know.
