Appointment at 9:30 just to rotate tires; said would be an hour..... told them i had to be out of here for another sppointment at 11:00. Asked at 10:45 if it was done; nope! Another 5 mins.... asked again at 11:00 ...nope! -another 5 mins!!! It is now 11:10; I am late for my other appt and just looked out in the bay and JUST went up on the lift! Stop lying to me! And why did I make an appointment????

Terrible service department. We had an appointment. First we waiting for 10 minutes in the service bay. Then we were told it would be probably an hour. So we waited. It took TWO hours and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Never again.

We did not have a deposit from you so legally, the vehicle was still available for purchase by anyone. Our managers offered you $7,000 off a 2017 Toyota XLE as an alternative.
