I have no complaints about my treatment at Rice Toyota. I didn't have my coupon with me but the young lady that helped me found me a $20 coupon. Every little bit helps. Thank you Kristin Tenney.
Memorable service experience! The general manager even came out to greet me in the arrival line and made sure I was expedited through. In and out in less that 35 minutes. Well done!
It was great service and I appreciated that they told me of the special they had on wipers. This piece of information, however, was not passed on to the receptionist. We would have been charged for regular prices if I hadn't noticed this on the bill. The receptionist quickly changed the price even though she had not been notified.
Great service employees who try to anticipate your service needs. Disappointed that while my car was at Rice all day for service that no one mentioned that my state inspection was due soon. In the past the service staff have alerted me about upcoming State inspection to get everything done at one visit. That didn't happen on Tuesday. Disappointed that I'll have to make another service appointment to get the inspection completed in next few weeks.

We recently took friends to buy their first new car and one of the dealerships was Rice Toyota. As non-native English speakers, buying their first new car was overwhelming, a huge decision for them, and full of language challenges. The employees of Rice were wonderful!
