I made an appointment to get my oil changed, tires rotated, 24 point inspection and state inspection. I received a call within one hour that my car was ready. I could not have asked for better service. Jack my service consultant was very nice, polite and informative. Excellent service.

Terrible experience there. Treated like crap by sales person. Talked to me like i couldn't afford the shoes on my feet. Lost out on multiple sales that day. But Cox Toyota in Burlington NC earned my business and will always have it!

I had a 3pm appointment today but I qaited in the service bay for 30 mins and no one even approached me. There were employees just milling around but not one came to say anything. So I pulled into the lot and called to make another appointment nothing open for the rest of the week. This has been happening to me pretty regularly at Rice. Now im starting to feel like I'm dealing with Ford again
