Although on the pricey side, the service is great and the people there are awesome. I've been to other Toyota dealers and there is no comparison.

Purchased my 14 Tundra from Rice back in 2014 and was very pleased with the truck and service provided. Received a call from Rice earlier this week asking if I would trade my 14 Tundra in for a new Toyota. I told them the only way they would get me out of my 14 Tundra was if they found me a better Tundra. They succeeded after searching very hard for me. I was treated with respect and given a great deal. The entire staff was very professional. They took time to answer all my questions and were very detailed in their answers. I bought a 2016 RAV4, and I love every detail about it. I had my last Toyota, which I bought from Rice, 14 years with over 284,000 miles, still driving good for the miles and age. Bought a 2016 Tacoma three weeks ago, my second Toyota. I purchased a 2015 Camry last year. I have been very pleased with the service at Rice Toyota. Would recommend them. They do treat you right.
I just purchased a Camry on 3/3 and I had an excellent experience! Harold Allen was the consultant that helped me and he was incredibly helpful. He was patient with me while I was being picky, got me a great deal, and was quite personable. In fact, everyone that I spoke with was very nice. My husband purchased his car here several years ago and had a great experience so that's why I chose to shop here too and they're still as helpful as ever.
100% Customer satisfaction early Saturday morning( 2/20/16) thanks to Mr. Guido and mechanics at Rice Toyota. Rice has exceeded our expectations. I purchased this Camry at Rice, which was also a very positive experience. This was our third scheduled tune up visit and we have been treated well every time so far.
