I bought a new rav4 a little under 3 months. The sales person was ok but not very knowledgeable. Also my navigation just went out and dealing with the service department has been horrible!! The tech I had to deal with is so rude!! After picking it up the back up camera isn't working... It really seems to be one thing after another with them.
They did an amazing job & great customer service.
