I took my Avalon to Rice Toyota for some routine maintenance on Wednesday. I was promptly greeted and pointed in the right direction upon arrival. The service advisor (Ty) was very courteous and professional. He even escorted me to the waiting area since it was my first time there. The waiting area is very comfortable and peaceful. They even have a system where you can text to get a status update on your vehicle. They even offer a complimentary exterior wash! I will definitely be back again.
Great experience at Rice toyota, it was very fast and the people there makes you feel good. I was greeted with one of the best greeting and was treated very good. I forgot the person who was taking care of me name, but he truly made my day. Everything was explained to me about my service and what needs to be done, etc. Now this was a truly exceptional visit compared to vannyork toyota.
I think Rice Toyota has an excellent service department! I would definitely recommend it to others!
I drove from Snow Camp to Greensboro to get my first truck from Rice Toyota and have yet to regret it! I had had nothing but BAD experiences when I was shopping at the Burlington Toyota dealership. Rice Toyota is professional, friendly, and they TAKE CARE of their clients! I'm now on my 3rd vehicle from them, my son is on his second and my daughter bought one too. How much more needs to be said? Rice Toyota is the ONLY place I will buy from!!

Emailed Milen Aykov on a online Rav4 and needed a price for it before committing to driving 80 miles to see the car. They called with a price and when I gave them the current lowest one I had, they beat that by $750 and had a $120 lower processing fee. Couple that with Chris Curry's easy explanation of all the necessary paperwork, it was a very easy transaction.Highly recommend these people. Awaiting an oil change. We travel 40 miles to come for the service. Very friendly, respectful and the people working her like their job--which is hard to find nowadays. Will keep on coming back.
