An hour and 15 minutes to rotate tires ...with an appointment ... On a car I purchased at rice toyota. Sat waiting for someone to even acknowledge I am here for ten minutes. People in red rice toyota shirts staying around on their phones. Not impressed rice Toyota. Not impressed at all.
They don't go by there commercial on tv. Bought a car and it has acid rain or something on it. They will not work with us said they would try and get it off would not take the piece of crap back and exchange for something else. Once I can get rid of it I will never buy another car from them. Thought they were supposed to make there customers happy guess not.

Can't say enough good things about Rice! Brian got me a crazy deal on my 2016 tacoma. Said(si-eed) was an exceptional associate very fun to talk to while Brian done his thing. Susan(finance manager) laid everything out and got it done fast while making it fun! She felt like part of the family! All the employees we came in contact with were top notch! Please go to Rice great people great prices fun atmosphere!

If you're buying a car from Rice I highly suggest working with any salesperson other than Fred Thompson. He only cares about making a sale and not the satisfaction and potential return business from customers.

Wow, what a fantastic team at Rice Toyota. We had an idea if what we were looking for in a new Toyota Sienna and Andy was able to locate the vehicle and have it on site when we arrived. Although I came to Rice Toyota just to get regular maintenance for my 2015 Camry, I walked away satisfied with my decision to trade it in for a 2016 RAV4. Jordan was a great salesman.
