Rice toyota will always be my go to car dealer of choice. The staff there is amazing! They above and beyond to exceed your every need. had the privilege to have Lee as my sales man. He did an awesome job!! In the end, Zach in finance was extremely helpful in explaining all the term and conditions during the signing process. He answered all my questions and was very quick and prompt with all the right answers. I will definitely be going back soon for my next next vehicle. Thank you Rice Toyota! Great job!!

The service men and women are great when your talking with them on the phone or in person. However, communication is almost always horrendous. No one called me to tell me if the vehicle was ready or update the status, no one in service would answer the phone when I called to find out, and no one could find my truck to see what was up when I finally could get through. I've had questionable experience with Sales as well, but my troubles with service happen with nearly every visit. I wish I had another option for my new vehicle... read more

As usual, I was given excellent and courteous service. I had an appointment and I arrived late, but that was not a problem. The service technician checked me in and told me what would be done to my car, and he gave me the price up front. I was able to get my car back within the hour! The service at Rice is hard to beat!
