Nicky, Thank you for sharing your experience. I checked our records and see that the technician did find a bad cell in the battery and it was replaced under warranty. I will need to dig deeper with the technicians to understand how a battery issue was overlooked, it is pretty straightforward to take a voltage meter to a battery. Yesterday my husband pulled up too close to the front curb at Starbucks and the splash shield on my Avalon was pulled lose. We went straight to Rice Toyota. We had to wait a bit because we did not have an appointment, but the repair was a very minor expense and we were extremely pleased. We recently purchased a 2016 Camry Hybrid and I love it already, especially how the seat fits me, as I am short of stature and my head and the newer headrests do not always work well these days. This one works great. Our sales rep, David S., was most helpful. patient, and candid as he answered our many questions. They have the worse service department ever...don't do what they say, can't stay on schedule at all, a chimp is smarter than the guy I spoke to and they listen to nothing! I will never be back!
