By far the worst new car buying experience I've ever had. The finance person talked us into buying coverages that we didn't want, He said we had 30 days to cancel. He didn't respond to texts when we tried to cancel the gap coverage for over a week and he then responded on the 3rd attempt. They told me it would take 1 hour to install a bed cover and I was there 2 1/2 hours. I took my car in today for a regular service check. I was greeted with such courteous employees. They were all ready to help and get me where I needed to be in a timely manner. Thank you to the Rice Toyota staff for caring for your customers and treating them with a "smile" and a warm welcome.
Took my Sienna in for annual inspection, and they said it failed due to a problem with the power steering rack, even though I have no trouble with the steering nor have I seen any leaks. They recommend replacing the rack to the tune of $1000. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion who said there was absolutely nothing wrong it and passed it for inspection. Rice Toyota either has incompetent or dishonest service technicians. Regardless, they just lost a customer for life.

I had an exceptional experience with my recent purchase of a Toyota at Rice Toyota. My salesman, James Howell, was welcoming and courteous. Truly was my best experience in purchasing a car. He explained all paperwork in detail, got everything done quickly, and went over all the features of the car, even setting up my bluetooth for me.
