Rice Toyota needs a wake-up call! Take my car in for service today, pulled up in the walk-in line. Advisor tells me it's going to be 4.5hrs for an oil change and could I leave it with him for the rest of the day. Imagine my face! So, I can imagine that the appt. line is falling behind as well. Apparently RT's organizational skills are lacking if they think a customer has 4.5hrs to wait for a car. It's time for them to get the big picture!

David you are correct, today our appointments are completely booked as they are most days. All other wait times are much longer as the appointments get priority.
I can honestly say this is by far the worst dealership I've ever been to, I come in for a recall that should have ben fixed IN THE 2 years it became a issue, honestly I'm going to report this dealership this come Tuesday

Purchasing my new Camry from Rice Toyota was a breeze! Saw the car online, sent in preapproval and trade-in information, worked out details, sent needed information via email, then went to the dealership to sign papers and pickup! What stood out to me the most was that when one person was busy helping a different customer, another person picked up to help me without missing a beat! I will never ever buy another car from rice. In the last six months I brought two of my family members in who both purchased cars. I received a referral bonus for one and not the other. After five weeks of calling and NO one calling me back, the answer I got was NOT acceptable. Way to NOT take care of your customers Rice!

Yesterday I had an appointment at 2:30 for oil change, tire rotation, etc. on my 2008 Toyota Camry. For some reason my car was not serviced in a timely manner. I left there at 6:00 p.m. Over the years I always received good service. I am not a happy customer at this point.
Always pleased with the customer service and maintenance of my two Toyota vehicles. Was in today for routine maintenance and as always, Randall provided exceptional service. Bought both vehicles from Mr. Stubbs (may he RIP) and simply adored him. Thank you for your consistent quality service.

The first ever I've had a Toyota and my case, a 2017 Tacoma. I enjoyed doing everything online, and to be sure it was the right truck, I test drove it twice. I was very pleased with the numbers and 110% pleased with the sales and management staff. It's a great truck but a fun truck to drive. Rice Toyota is a fine dealership.
