Usually do not have issues with service. I decided to schedule this trip as I usually just drive up. First Sign of issue was it took three days to get an appointment. This was the twenty thousand mile service, so oil change and tire rotation. I was there two hours. Most times I've been in and out in thirty minutes or so. Very disappointed since I scheduled the service. Some people in the drive in lane were in and out before me. I don't know what they had done though.

I just purchased a new Camry from Rice and I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating! It was my first time buying a car, and my salesperson Justin Sola made the process super easy and made it possible to set me up with a car that I love. Also, John in finance was extremely helpful in the buying process as well. I definitely recommend going to Rice for anyone looking for great people to work with not to mention a great selection of vehicles.

Brought my car all the way from Charlotte to have my Lexus serviced, was told in Charlotte that I needed to replace all tire sensors. Came to Rice Toyota and was told it was a loose wire! HONEST SERVICE and there will be no taken advantage of!!!
