I’ve been using Rice for my car maintenance needs for years now. Usually service has been just “ok” but there has been the occasional really good experience, which has kept me going back. However, after today I’m done. I had an appointment to get a new tire. When I drove up I told the guy why I was there. He said someone would be with me shortly (as an aside he called me “baby” numerous times...I’m an adult woman and don’t appreciate being patronized). Great atmosphere!!! They had hamburgers for everyone today !!! And the crazy towel guy from Duke was there !
I had an appointment for a vehicle inspection. Even with an appointment, I sat there and waited for 2 hours. I felt that 2 hours was ridiculous for an inspection. I will not go back.
